Warren works with individuals, families, and employers to develop practical, customized insurance and financial solutions with a focus on clear communication, long-term value, and responsive service. 

His experience includes group health insurance, permanent life insurance, long-term care planning, annuities, and alternative employee benefit strategies. Warren also works with employers evaluating Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA) and other approaches designed to improve flexibility and manage benefit costs. 

Warren has particular experience serving businesses in the construction, homebuilding, and automotive industries. He works with the Contractors and Builders Insurance Trust and is endorsed by the Oregon Vehicle Dealers Association, helping employers in these industries navigate employee benefits, coverage options, and cost-management strategies. 

In addition to employee benefits, Warren works with individuals and families on long-term financial protection strategies, including permanent life insurance, long-term care, and annuity solutions. 

Warren's goal is to simplify complex insurance and benefit decisions and help clients identify solutions that are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with their long-term needs.
